Members Learn About Union at Benefit Fair

WPEA Organizer, Herb Harris (shown left), talks with Olympic College members, about compensation in WPEA’s 2007-09 contract and the benefits of VEBA. WPEA was invited to attend the Olympic College Benefit Fair held November 6, 2007, where WPEA Staff Rep, Cari Trussel, and WPEA Government Relations Director, Luis Moscoso, also came out to talk about what the Union has been working on for our members.

Boni Daily, Olympic College Job Rep (far left), helped hand out union information and introduced members to staff. “I think the members appreciated us being there,” said Harris. “They complimented our booth and thanked us for the great information we provided.”
