WPEA prepares for contract negotiations

For WPEA members at state agencies and colleges, it is almost time to start negotiations for the 2013-2015 contracts. On March 12, a letter went out to members at state agencies and colleges with details on how to get involved in the bargaining process, including how to submit contract proposals for possible use at the bargaining table.

Members voted last September on a special, one-year agreement which goes into effect July 1, 2012. These contracts are available for viewing below and final versions will be mailed to members in June. The 2012 contracts form the baseline langauge for bargaining the 2013-2015 contracts.
