The
final
count
to
ratify
the
Higher
Education
CBA

Yes,
and
17

No.
As
a
percentage
of
votes
counted,
97%
accepted
the
contract
and
3%
rejected
it.
The
contracts
go
into
effect
on
July
1,
2009.
